If you want freedom in your business, you need optimized systems and processes.
Hi, I'm Camille.
I'm an optimization coach who helps entrepreneurs achieve their goals, streamline their business, and regain their life.
People come to me with dreams like...
- Actually achieving the big goal that's been on their list for several months or years
- Having time in their day to take breaks, enjoy meals, exercise, and hang out with their friends and family
- Getting through their long to-do list and stopping it from ever getting out of control again
- Being able to take a vacation without their business falling apart
- Finding a way to have upgraded systems and processes that aren't boring and difficult but, are ones they will actually love and use
Is this something you've imagined, too?
I'm here to tell you it's possible. I've seen these dreams of optimizing their businesses come true for my clients.
They bring the willingness and hard work. And I guide them through creating custom systems and processes they can actually enjoy doing and stick to.
You know deep down why you became an entrepreneur.
Most likely you wanted to help people while doing something you loved and get paid to do it.
You thought you'd have freedom and flexibility in your day, but what you got was stress, pressure, and no bathroom breaks.
You figured you'd make a great boss, but it turns out your standards are higher than anyone you've ever worked for and you hardly ever let your key employee (yourself) take any time off.
That was my story, too...
At first glance my career path looks like a corn maze created by a drunken farmer.
I grew up in Riverside, California in a family that was blended and slightly complicated.
I earned a bachelor's degree in biology from UC Santa Barbara and even though I was super shy and totally introverted, I found someone wonderful, got married, and had a couple of kids.
I worked in 2 non-profit zoos, an afterschool program, and in corporate logistics before I became a serial entrepreneur.
Since then I’ve written two books, started a podcast, and owned a curriculum company, a ballroom studio, an insurance agency, and my coaching business.
Some of the twists and turns were pretty crushing and I felt like I was never going to figure it out.
After my ballroom studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma closed (one partner left, a new partner came in, and the whole thing melted down) I was busy sulking in darkness and feeling like a failure when my phone started ringing.
It was people I had met through the studio and they were calling to ask me for guidance.
They had seen how I brought in new clients, organized events, provided excellent customer service, worked with other instructors, and overall optimized the studio.
They wanted to know if I would help them do the same for their businesses.
I didn’t realize I was actually building up the perfect skill set until others started asking for my help.
After the 4th or 5th call I realized this was a career and I should probably start charging for my services.
Since then I’ve worked with clients in real estate, construction, media and PR, vet clinics, chiropractic offices, attorneys, web development, and then some.
At first glance my path may seem kind of disjointed...
But it’s been the perfect way for me to gain insight and understanding into many different industries and personalities, so I can provide custom solutions for my coaching clients which actually work for them.
Even though it was a slow and sometimes painful journey, I’ve always been in the right place at the right time.
During my 15+ years as an entrepreneur I made all the usual mistakes, and a few unique ones, lol!
I've been over worked, stressed out, and overwhelmed... all my own doing.
I've ignored my family, neglected my health, and sacrificed joy for what I thought was progress.
SPOILER ALERT: There was a better way!
Once I started helping so many of my clients hone in on their goals and create systems and processes to generate more freedom in their businesses, I made a commitment to do the same for myself.
Now I love what I do and live a life I love. The best part is I get to help others do the same.
Part of my personal mission is to use my talents, skills, and abilities to teach people to build themselves. If you choose to work with me through my online academy, one of my group programs, or as a 1:1 private coaching client, I look forward to helping guide you to become your very best possible future self.
Enjoy the journey.
