  • When does the program start and finish?

    It’s ongoing! There are different topics each week. The training topics stack to help you build your skills, but there are no prerequisites to the program. We love welcoming new members! Start anytime.

  • What happens if I fall behind?

    Not possible! Each lesson stands alone so you can’t fall behind. Of course, the more you attend the faster you learn. If you do miss a week and want to catch up, recordings of each training session are available through your student dashboard for three (3) weeks.

  • What happens if I get stuck?

    There will be time for open Q&A during each live call. Ask your questions! You can also post in the Q&A section of the Optimizers Club if you’d like to get help from the community. (You’ll see it on your student dashboard after you enroll.)

  • Sounds great! When do we meet?

    Most Thursdays from 10-11am CST. Occasionally I’ll take a week off for illness or vacation. When that happens I’ll bring in a trusted substitute teacher or post a recording so you’ll still be able to get value from the program that week.

  • What happens when I start my free trial?

    As soon as you start your trial you'll have instant access to the entire program. This will include the links to join the next live session and access to the replays from the three (3) most recent sessions. Watching those previous training topics and attending a live session should give you an idea of how the program runs so you can determine if you’d like to become a full member.

  • What happens when my free trial ends?

    If you do not cancel before the end of day seven (7) you will be charged for one (1) month of the program. If you cancel after you have been charged you will continue to have access to the program until the end of the billing period.

  • What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?

    Sorry, no refunds here. The Optimized Entrepreneur Academy is for those who are serious about making positive changes in their business and lives. Once you activate your free trial membership you'll have instant access to the next live group training and three (3) recent recordings to help you decide if you like the program or not. You can cancel anytime, but if you aren't 100% sure you're ready to take action for at least one month and don’t think you’ll remember to cancel before your free trial ends, it might be best to think it over a little longer.
